Second Exam–Graded

This morning I was handed my second exam back. The grade on the upper right was an 86. I said I was hopeful for a B, but this was great. The teacher said that the grades ranged from high 80s to low 50s and that he would scale it so the high 80s are As.
I went from knowing I earned a C and hoping for a B, to being scaled to an A! 
Can I be in Mike’s “A” club now?
(Side note: The teacher who gave my first exam also gave us an extra credit problem that will be worth 5 points on the last test to anyone who turns it in correct. That will bring me from an 89 to a 94. I repeat, may I now join Mike’s “A” club?)
