New Car

My friends, I have stepped out into the void that is buying a car without the assistance of someone older and wiser at my side. I did have someone who is younger and wiser, but that is not the point.
I had garnered the promises of many people who are knowledgeable about cars and/or wheeling and dealing who said they would help me when car shopping. Krissy’s dad wanted to go with us, but he was busy yesterday. My cousin Dave, the manager for Advance Auto Parts, said he’d help me out, but that was back when he actually lived in the area. My co-worker Dora could cut an advantageous deal with Scrooge McDuck, but she was out of town. I even tried ringing my uncle Mike, who is good enough with cars, but he didn’t answer his cell phone.
Therefore, thanks to none of you, I present the car I am doomed to drive for at least the next 6 years:
Now, for some reason, I feel it needs a name. I was thinking “White Knight” or “Storm Trooper” or even “Optima Prime”. Do you have any good suggestions on what to name a white Kia Optima?

Roger, I like “white knight” too. Why is it that cars need a name? I had to name my new one too.. Very strange..

White and Nerdy is VERY funny, but not a good name for a car. It’s a good description for me, though.

I still like Optima Prime. Maybe you need to get the RMFO crowd to come vote…

Many good choices there. I am partial to Optima Prime, but my transformer obsession maybe getting the better part of me there.
