What’s Wrong With These Scenarios?

My “Maine State Housing Authority” check gets mailed to Massachusetts.
My “Bangor (city) Hydro Electric” bill gets mailed to Lewiston (different city).
My “MBNA America” bill goes to Bank of America.
For all I know, my “Citizens Bank” bill probably gets mailed to illegal immigrants.
