On the First Day of Christmas

Well, the first of my five days is over. I had a sore back all day yesterday for some reason. I chalk it up to bad posture, but that didn’t stop it from being quite painful all day. Also, I couldn’t get to sleep for the life of me last night. I’m talking at the very least 3 hours of lying in bed scratching various itchy spots on my body. You’d think I had chicken pox or some such truck. I don’t.
Here I am, one sleep deprived night later, ready to ride a couple hours with a back that still hurts and being very sleep deprived. So sleep deprived that I wonder if that last sentence is grammatically correct…

Weird! I had that the other night, where I couldn’t sleep and suddenly I felt itchy all over. It was maybe the worst night I’ve had in a long time.
Work was interesting the next day…

Benadryl is your friend…. helps me sleep and should take care of that “itch”. I would get some penicillin if that doesn’t work.
