Do you think it is someone’s job to take the bottle caps off all the returnables we turn in, or is it probaby done by a machine?
(By the way, what is the proper term for plastic soda bottles? Whenever I hear “bottle,” I think glass.)

I think that the term bottle refers to the idea of a cylinder that holds liquid or other “stuff” for storage. Though I do agree that the term bottle does conjure up the “feel” of glass. Odd, very odd. If only the Tick had some insight on this we would be better off.

The other day the crossword puzzle had a 4 letter word and the clue was “Tick partner.” Obviously “Arthur” didn’t fit, so I was stumped.

It is a sad sad day when the maker of crossword puzzles messes up in such a way.
