		<description>I would theorize that most Mainers seek Bar Harbor more for the Acadia area than the tourist trap of the cheap trinkets.  Though I like the Tennessee idea.</description>

		<description>Tennessee has a neat approach to this.  They charge something like 10 + 4 % for taxes.  And at almost all stores and such, you get a 15% discount if you show a local ID.  Pretty handy.</description>
