Small, relatively unimportant question:
What is the deal with people who stop at a red light, then constantly keep inching forward in expectation of the change to green, then when the light turns green they just sit there?

It’s called “timing the light”. It’s what people who think they have somewhere to be do.

Well, their timing stinks. For all of their inching, when the light turns green, I could be way ahead of them. If I wasn’t second in line.
