I Need To Write

Last week was taken up by a much unexpected death in my wife’s family and, later in the week, Youth Week at church. I volunteered our services as “camp cooks” which I now believe comprises more than half of all the preparation and work that goes into Youth Camp. Way to go dropping off the Youth Committee yet keep all the workload, huh?
Anyway, last night I was exhausted so I didn’t even scan my regularly read blogs or participate in any forums. Nor did I write anything or become creative in any way, shape or form. Now I crave to be creative. I just need something to write about.
Anyone have any ideas?

write about the origins of the surname Gonzalas.

That story is too short. It origniated when Gonzo married a lady named Alice. When people would throw parties they would say “should we invite Gonzo and Alice?” After a while it was shortened to Gonz-alice, then, when adopted into the English, Gonzalas. All the Gonzalases running around are decendants of Gonzo and his bride Alice.

oh, i dunno - anything that interests you. You could write about people you know, family members…..you could write about animals, historical nuances that few people are aware of.
