State of the Mainer Address

Wow. The forecast calls for “[r]ain and snow showers this morning.” It’s far too early for snow.
I’m pretty sure I was getting better, but here I am this morning clearing gunk out of my lungs once again. I probably drank close to 3 liters of water yesterday.

I’m getting better each day, even without antibiotics this time!
What’s more serious is that Eric was laid off his job on Friday. Please pray that he will get a new (and hopefully better) job real soon. Also, pray that he will be provided for until that time.

Gunk in my sinuses, gunk in my lungs, only half a voice, a cough that aggrivates chest muscles I pulled almost two weeks ago…why am I the lucky one to always find myself in this spot?
I’m off to continue drinking plenty of water and getting plenty of rest.
*sigh*
