Where’d I Put That Thought…?

I had something almost as controversial as welfare/disability to discuss after the other issues died down, but now I can’t remember it. Who was I talking to about this? Eric? Can anyone help me out?
(PS: I find it interesting that this article was in Reader’s Digest almost simultaneously with my thoughts on here.)
