I’ve been tired from lack of adequate sleep this week. So, I came home early and went straight to bed. Now, when I should be deeply asleep, I can’t fall asleep.
This does not bode well for the rest of the week.
How about my schedule last week? Up at 4am… to bed around 8. 10-20 miles of hiking and mountain climbing (well, big hills) each day.
While carrying a bunch of hunting gear… (and still didn’t even SEE any deer, let alone get a shot at one…)
All in 4 hours per day? Nice!
